it just shows a black screen and how do i extract i dont see that option

Probably Search A Yt Tutorial On How To Extract An File and make sure you have dolphin emulator downloaded
sorry i wasn't online but do you also need a Wii remote?
No dont worry you dont need a wii remote you can if you want though.
Get Dolphin Emulator and make sure the file is available right on the menu. (add the path it's in with the paths option in the settings) then right click and select the option that lets you convert it. convert it to a iso
